William Tolbert

William Columbus Tolbert began in Waco, Texas on January 2, 1929. He was the third child born to Rosa Coleman Jessie Tolbert.  He had a humble, loving heart for the less fortunate. 

He was preceded in death by both of his parents, his wife, Evelyn Tolbert; brothers, James Tolbert and Jessie Tolbert; sister, Eva Jo Degrate and daughters, Roxanne Nichols and Belinda Thomas.

He leaves to cherish his memory: children, William Tolbert II (Sylvia), Jo Steven Tolbert (Diana), Judy Langrum and Andre Langrum (Dena), one great-grandson and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and a very special friend, Sister Lilly Hicks.
