Ruby McClyde

Mrs. Ruby Lee McClyde was born on March 9, 1942, to William and Clara Hackworth Lee.

She was employed at Penland Hall as a supervisor until her retirement.

She was also a member of Wesley United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Lesly Sharon Finley, and sister Clarice Marie White.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her son, Leslie Steven McClyde Sr., and wife, Fruitney; daughter, Lisa McClyde Easley, sons-in-law, Ocie B Easley, Jr. and Jonathan Finley; siblings, Evelyn Vonner, Elno McDonald, Rose Pratt, Shirley Roy Lee, Bobby Lee, and Annie Harris; devoted brother-in-law, Horace Vonner; sisters-in-law, Ernestine Bailey, Dorothy Walls and Billie Robinson; ex-husband, John McClyde; grandchildren, Re'Nisha Finley, Pamela LeDay, Ocie B Easley III, Brittney Easley Horne, Jonathan Finley Sr., Leslie Steven McClyde II, Derrick McClyde and Devin Finley; great-grandchildren, Gavin LeDay, Andre McClyde, Caleb LeDay, Aria McClyde, Da'Tron Dobbins, Jonathan Finley Jr, Re'Naija Finley, Davon Finley, Adrianna Finley, Jarrcira Horne, Jaida Easley, T'Reyja Easley, Ciyanna Easley, Ocie B. Easley IV and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
