Robert Andrews Obituary

Robert Andrews was born on June 11, 1964, to Cynthia Deloatch and Emmanuel Powell in New Brunswick, New Jersey, both of whom preceded him in death. He attended New Brunswick High School.

Robert joined the military in 1982 and became a decorated veteran while honorably serving for a combined 20 years in the Army and the National Guard. While serving in the Army he received the following decorations and medals: National Defense Service Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon Numeral 2, Southwest Asia Service Medal W/3 Bronze Service Stars, Kuwait Liberation Medal, and many more.

During his service in the military, Robert was stationed in Fort Hood, Texas where he met the love of his life, Mattie. Aside from his devotion to being a caring husband, he dedicated much of his time and energy to his grandchildren.
