Rogoder E. Murray was born on August 17, 1954.
She worked at Big Boys Truck Stop, Neda, and Johnny’s Café on Highway 6. And then housekeeping for Brazos Inn and the River Place.
In the early 80’s she decided to be a stay-at-home mom with two sons and a daughter. Then she came to Kendall Baptist Church in 2004.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
She leaves to cherish her memory: children, Anthony Murray, Cindy Murray and Thomas Murray; grandchildren, Tyrone Murray (Victoria), JaTekia Henderson, Brittany Henderson, and Jamarcus Henderson; thirteen great-grandchildren; one sister, Ruby Chappell; six brothers, Argero Murray, Willie Kelly Murray, Essiex Murray, Sam Wiley, Sammie Wiley, and Pastor Joe Wiley (Venessa) and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
