Pichelle Cross

Pichelle L. Cross was born on March 18, 1968 in Waco, Texas to Lawrence and Freda M. Cross.

Pichelle attended Waco High School on North 19th and was a part of the last graduating class of 1986. She furthered her education by attending the University of Houston and completed her education receiving a Certification in Respiratory Therapist from McLennan Community College. 

Pichelle was presented as Debutante with Jack and Jill of America in 1986.

Pichelle loyal employee at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center for 20 years. She loved caring for lap patients, enjoyed working with the doctors and nurses. She extremely loved the Respiratory Staff at Hillcrest. 

Pichelle loved and adored being a proud mom of her two beautiful daughters, Pichonne and Prayvien. There was the love of her life and she had a special bond with both of them.  

Pichelle loved giving back to the community, loved raising animals, and wanted no animal to go astray especially cats. Pillow her cat and Pittsburg her dog loved her dearly.  

Pichelle was a member of the St. James United Methodist Church where she participated in the youth choir, junior usher and youth director. 

Pichelle transitioned from Earth to Glory on Saturday, August 21, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, aunt and uncle.

Pichelle leaves to cherish her precious memories: her daughters, Pichonne Cross and Prayvien Cross; sisters, Paula Cross, Tanya McKinney (Chris) and Kimberly Brock (William); aunts, Leda Taylor, Gloria Stone and Yvonne Mooney; uncles, Jimmy Moriels, Allen Moriels and Elroy Cross Sr. (Joyce); best friends, Russel Tennyson, Jerlander Cooper Mooney and Morris Williams; and a loving host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
