McCoy Shelton

McCoy Alvin Shelton was born December 28, 1941 to Baylos and Callie Shelton in Waco Texas.

McCoy attended Waco Independent School District.

He was employed with Durham Transportation for 15 years and retired from Providence Hospital.

He was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.

He leaves to cherish in his loving memory: his wife, Coloma Shelton; children, Amethyst Smith, Johnny Carr and Reggie Jones; grandchildren, D’epraysheion Davis, Precious Gunn, Johnathon Carr, Kevin Gunn, Terrell Smith, Jermaine Smith, Nathaniel McFadden, Dedrick Lee and Tristian Carr; sisters, Joyce Singleton, Jessie Green, Lois Coleman (Floyd) and  Carolyn Sauls (William); a devoted niece, Sandra Matthews; and a host of loving nieces, nephews and other relatives.
