Evelyn Howard

Evelyn Webb Howard was born on August 2, 1938, to Gussie Webb and Rosa Lee Jiles Webb in Beaufort County, South Carolina.

Evelyn attended public school in Beaufort County.

She was a member of Horsepond Baptist Church in Beaufort County.

In 1956, she married Fermis Howard Jr. who was a Marine stationed at the Marine Corp. Recruit Training Depot at Parris Island, South Carolina. Fermis and Evelyn started their family with two wonderful children; Fermis Howard III and Patricia Ann Howard.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gussie Webb; mother, Rosa Lee Jiles Webb Fripp; stepfather, Joseph Fripp, Jr, and a few of her brothers and sisters also preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Fermis Howard Jr.; two children, Fermis Howard III and Patricia Ann Howard; two grandchildren; Kenneth Parlove (Jenna) and Courtney Hayes (Cedric); three great-grandchildren, Auryana Parlove, Amari Parlove, and Joell Reyes; three brothers; Benjamin Webb, Cleveland Fripp, and Ronnie Fripp; four sisters, Gussie Mae Singleton, Luoise Fripp, Edith Miller, and Victor Nix. She leaves also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Evelyn’s memory will be cherished by all who knew her...
