Obituary
Eugene Ellis Manor was born November 23, 1956, to the late Girlean J. Manor and Cleavon N. Manor in Waco, Texas.
He attended L.L. Campbell Elementary, Kealing and Pearce Jr. High, and Reagan High School.
He accepted Christ at an early age at David Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and became a member of Toliver Chapel Baptist Church when he moved to Waco, Texas.
On July 27, 1991, Eugene Ellis Manor married Glenda Sue Gaines, even though they divorced they remained the best of friends and still loved and took care of each other until the end.
Eugene Ellis Manor was called to his eternal home on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, in Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Hospital.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Walter Provost, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his sons, Blake Ellis Manor and Derrick Gaines; daughter, Kizzy Washington; siblings, Vonnie A. Hancock (Marvin), Jacqueline A. Manor, Patricia A. Jackson (Rodney), and Cleavon N. Manor-Black Jr. (Suzette); mother of his sons and ex-wife Glenda Sue Manor; an aunt Helen Elizabeth McKinnon; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
