Donnie Lue Randolph Ellis was born December 11, 1948, to John Terrell and Matilda Miller in Waco, Texas.
Donnie attended and graduated from Moore High School in Waco, Texas. She later went on to received her cosmetology certificate from McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas.
Donnie professed her love for the Lord at an early age and was baptized at 17th Street IME Church under the leadership of Pastor Green.
She was known by her family and friends as “Donnie Lue” and “Wide Track.” Donnie had many friends. Donnie was employed by Safeway, Appletree and H.E.B. as a cashier. Donnie later became employed at Trane Technologies as an assembler in insulation. Donnie retired from Trane in 2006.
Donnie married Jimmie Ellis on September 11, 2004.
She departed this life on May 9, 2021, at Providence Hospital in Waco, Texas.
Donnie was preceded in death by her loving parents, John Terrell and Matilda Miller; grandmother, Elizabeth Cook; brothers, David Randolph, Charles Cole Randolph and John Randolph; sister, Anzella Randolph Carter; son, Myron Lamar Randolph and husband, Jimmie Ellis.
Donnie leaves to cherish her memory: her loving daughters, Ronda Jenkins and Regina Campbell (Lance); siblings, Dwight Randolph, Mary Richardson (Alton) and James Randolph (Diana); grandchildren, Alisia Evans, Myron Walker, Audwin Lang Jr., Emerald Evans, Mylar Walker, Marquita Lang, and Jordan Randolph (Shalandria); 16 great-grandchildren; best friend, Dovie Coleman and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
