Cassandra Jerene Hubert was born on November 9, 1973 in Waco, Texas the second child born to John L. Hubert and Patricia Clark Hubert.
She graduated from Waco High School in 1993.
She attended and was baptized at Wilhite A.M.E. Church. She joined the Choir (the Voices of Victory.)
She met Todd Smith in 1996, during this relationship two beautiful daughters were born. Sandrikia Smith in 1999 and Jaunickia Smith in 2001.
Honey had a passion for working with children of all ages from working at daycares to a bus aid, and most of all her nieces and nephews. She had a heart of gold, her door was always open, to talk or even just to lay your head.
Honey lost her battle during the COVID-19 pandemic, but she gained her eternal wings in the process.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John L. Hubert and Patricia Hubert; grandmothers, Berry Jean Clark and Maggie Hubert; siblings, Greta Hubert Johnson and Brian “Deewee” Robinson; cousin, Dawn Woods and a loving aunt, Josephine Levi.
She leaves to cherish: het daughters, Sandrikia Smith and Jaunickia Smith; sisters, Giggett Johnson, Letitia Hubert, Tamara Hubert and Jaurne Hubert; brothers, Parrish Cox (Caoline), Terry Bell and Tauran Bell. Danny Degrate, Kevin Hollie and her favorite, Derrick Robinson; devoted sister-in-law, LaTrina Washington; very close cousin, Subil Clark; and a host of nieces, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousin and friends.
